Now that Spring has (kind of) sprung I decided it was time to get my ankles out. I spotted these lace up cropped jeans in Mango and instantly fell in love. The best bit is they are stretchy so fit really well. I love a good basic and this grey tee from H&M is great but for some reason I wasn't feeling the simple look so added this season's must have skinny scarf!

MIXING PRINTS

Whenever I'm short of time I reached for a Breton top. I own quite a lot because you can never have enough stripes in your wardrobe! This Boden beauty is my latest addition. I love the glitter spots that give it a fun twist. I wasn't able to fit into these River Island jeans a couple of weeks ago so I was jumping for joy when they did up this weekend. I bought these Aldo wedges when I spotted them on my cousin in Ireland last summer. I was heavily pregnant at the time and living in flats but I knew they were a good investment. This is the first time I wore them and they are so comfortable. I'm a massive fan of mixing prints and stripes and leopard print is one of my all time favourites!

MAC BE SILLY

Mac Be Silly Lipstick £15.50

I'm a massive fan of a statement lipstick, mainly because I'm not very good at doing my eyes and also because it really lifts your face. What I mean is, it helps to disguise how tired I am from having broken sleep every night. A friend bought me this lipstick from Mac and firstly I LOVE the hot fuchsia pink colour but secondly it stays on! I repeat it STAYS ON! I've even done the coffee cup test and it still remains on my lips. Well worth the £15.50 price tag I think!

GUCCI LOAFERS

Gucci has made a massive comeback and everyone who's anyone wants a pair of Gucci loafers so you can imagine my delight when I found these bad boys at my mum's. I used to wear these going "out out" back in the day. I've never been so pleased to be a hoarder, especially when I dug out my baby pink suede ones too!

MOTHER'S DAY PRESENT

I wanted to show you what Dolly bought me for my first Mother's Day before it sells out. She has great taste, doesn't she?! She must also be psychic because I've had this gorge cropped leather jacket on my wish list for ages. It's a great alternative to the usual black leather jacket and the stone colour is perfect for spring/summer. I'm sure you'll be seeing it a lot on the blog.
